Daniel Williams
Daniel is the Managing Director of The Imperium Global and is personally responsible for the growth of the business.
He leads day-to-day operations and delivers all in-house training. In addition to his management responsibilities, Daniel also leads retained search and selection assignments in the Commercial Construction and Commercial Real Estate markets, specialising in C-Suite and Board level assignments.
Daniel is a founding partner of the G&E Group and was previously Managing Director of G&E London. Daniel started as a Trainee Consultant in our Leeds office.
Richard Goodall
Richard is a Director of Imperium Global. A highly successful recruitment entrepreneur, Richard is currently Chairman of 4 successful international executive search organisations.
Richard’s passion comes from identifying and developing talent within the organisations he runs. He provides strategic oversight and guidance on business strategy and growth for Imperium. With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Richard continues to provide solutions to his clients in the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors, specialising in CEO placements and succession planning.
Terry Ellis
A pioneer of the Executive Search Industry, Terry has over 40 years of experience and has founded multiple highly successful firms including Ellis Fairbank which was purchased by the private equity firm 3i. The creator of the Talent Management approach that underpins our services, Terry also writes all training and development programmes and handbooks providing our trainee consultants with a clear and concise way of understanding and executing our process.
Terry is passionate about building and scaling highly successful search organisations. He is still active in executive search, working with Private Equity portfolio companies who are seeking entire new management teams.
